On Display

One of the exciting aspects of going to a clients home is seeing how they have displayed the images from previous sessions. When I came back this past week to do the six month session for this Baby Bundle family there was a gorgeous display in the entry way from the newborn session.

Thanks "O" family for your wall of inspiration!

Don't be surprised if I ask your family to snap a shot of your beautiful displays to keep the inspiration flowing!

News in the New Year

It's been a long time . . . way too long. I apologize to all the followers. Those few months before the holidays get crazy, both with business and personal life. But now that things are at a more manageable pace, hopefully I can get my blog back on track. I will probably be posting a lot over the next few days as there is a lot to catch you up on. But for now I will start with some exciting news.

I now have studio space available for sessions. Of course my preference is to still meet my clients outdoors where the kids have space to roam. And newborns are still ideally photographed in their own home where all the diapers, wipes, and other necessities are, but for those of you that would prefer to do a session at my place instead of yours, it is now available.

I have joined Studio 21 which is a shared studio space. There are many lighting options, backdrop options, and even some new props to incorporate. I look forward to having this options for the unavoidable wet weather days! The space is located near OMSI right near the bridge and waterfront locations I love to shoot.

I look forward to seeing your family again soon!

Little Princess

This little princess is the beautiful daughter of a longtime friend. Her mom and I have been friends since middle school. Her family recently moved to Bend. I was completely honored to make the trip to Bend to do the newborn session for their precious little girl.

Brothers

I photographed this handsome set of brothers down at a park on the Sandy River. I have wanted to do a shoot here for a long time so I was excited when mom was open to the location. She did an excellent job picking some nice simple clothing to go with the gorgeous fall background. Check out these cute kiddos!
