Cake Smash

The end of the year has been busy. A couple days before Christmas I had the pleasure of photographing a former co-worker's grandson. It was a first birthday shoot. I love doing the cake smash shoot! Here are a couple of shots. He sure had fun with the cake.

Pricing and Packages

Starting January 1 there will be a few changes to the pricing and packages. In general, at this time, the print prices will stay the same. However, I am in the process of creating some print packages. The benefit to choosing a package is there is a percentage of savings when ordering the prints in a package.

To go along with the offering of packages there will be some fantastic changes with the online ordering system. You will be able to order a package and have the computer keep track of the sizes and prints you are ording and what you have left. There is a specific place to order products such as books. You will be able to order which print you want on each page.

I am very excited about the changes. I will be learning the new system along with you, so if you have questions about ordering please let me know and we will figure it out together.

Cold Day in the Park

I had the chance to work with a great family this last week. It was a cold day, but the park can make beautiful pictures even in the winter. The girls were a lot of fun and their bright sweaters were perfect! We did our thing and then headed to the cars to warm up.

From Blog Stocker, to Blogger

As one of my daily routines is to check for new posts from a few of my favorite photographers, I thought it only the next step for Pure Image Photography to begin a blog of it's own.

As my time with clients is brief, my hope is that this will be a place to keep the excitement alive. So many times after a session, as I am editing the captures, I find myself making comments about the shoot. Here I will be able to share those with others.

I will keep this blog active, and I hope you will do your part by leaving comments for me as well. Maybe I can turn a few of you into blog stockers as well.

Merry Christmas! See you in the New Year!
