A complete success!

Portraits in the Pearl was a complete success. The weather couldn't have been better. I crammed in more than 20 sessions of kids big and small over the two days and my legs are killing me from all the squats I did to capture those great shots. One of the biggest compliments came from Jim the General Manager of Sip & Kranz inviting me to do the event again. So it looks like you may get an encore in the fall :)

Thank you to all the families that came down for sessions. It was a pleasure photographing each and every child! I am working hard to get your pictures downloaded and edited. I will also be asking a few photography friends to vote on the pictures that will be on display in the Sip & Kranz playroom throughout the month of August. If all the stars align, these will be mounted up on display for your viewing appointment!

Pure Joy!

I was thoroughly excited to have the opportunity to have a session with this newborn at only four days old. I have photographed big brother a couple of times at photo parties and the family is a complete dream to work with. The best part is that I will get to continue to photograph the newest member as his parents have signed him up for the Baby Bundle! Thanks guys for staying relaxed through the session. Your new little boy will be pure joy for your family I am sure of it! Introducing little "L".

Birthday Boy

My oldest just turned four! I know everyone will tell you how fast the years go once you have kids, but I just can't believe it has been four years. He is now the proud owner of a goldfish named "Otto" (have you read the book Fish Out of Water?), and a shiny blue bike. I think all his birthday wishes came true and now I have some great pictures of my Big Boy! These were taken at our family park. It is a special destination we frequent during the summer months.
